These Terms of Service govern your use of the Anubhuti School mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.
The App is designed to facilitate communication and information sharing between Anubhuti School, its teachers, parents, guardians, and other authorized users. Features may include attendance management, homework updates, fee status, and other school-related services.
Access to the App may require an authorized user account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed through their accounts.
Users agree to use the App only for legitimate educational and school-related purposes. Users must not:
Teachers and authorized staff are responsible for making reasonable efforts to ensure that attendance, homework, and other information entered into the App is accurate and appropriate.
Parents and guardians may access information relating to their linked child or children. Users must not attempt to access information relating to students for whom they are not authorized.
We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, occasional errors, delays, technical issues, or interruptions may occur. Users should contact the school directly if they believe any information displayed in the App is incorrect.
Fee information displayed in the App is provided for informational and administrative purposes. In case of any discrepancy, the official records maintained by the school will prevail.
The App, including its design, content, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Anubhuti School and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without authorization.
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these Terms, misuses the App, leaves the school, or is otherwise no longer authorized to use the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anubhuti School will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from temporary service interruptions, technical issues, unauthorized use caused by compromised user credentials, or reliance on information that is subsequently corrected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
